Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Senior Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of high-rise or campus facilities, including custodial, life-safety and engineering services. You will manage service contracts, lead a facility team, and deliver budgets and strategic plans while ensuring client and tenant satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 8–10 years of facility management experience, with certifications encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, corporate real estate, project management or business administration.
• 8–10 years of facility management experience with at least 3 years at manager level.
• Experience in leasing, construction, engineering and property operation.
• Experience with HR and performance management processes.
• CFM/IFMA/BOMA certifications or similar training recommended.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of facilities, ensuring services are delivered effectively.
• Manage service contracts, conduct RFPs, audits and ensure contract pricing is followed.
• Lead the facility management team in maintenance programs for interior/exterior facilities.
• Ensure timely responses to client and tenant requests and needs.
• Develop and explain annual facility budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
• Coordinate data collection and reporting on work orders, costs and performance metrics.
• Approve staffing decisions and conduct performance evaluations.
• Foster strong client relationships and drive customer-focused operations.
• Promote best practices and cost reduction initiatives across the portfolio.
