Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of facilities, manage service contracts, and lead a maintenance program. This role demands strong leadership, financial oversight, and a focus on client satisfaction across high-rise or campus environments.

Ideal candidates will have 8–10 years of facility management experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with leasing, construction, and building operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 8–10 years of facility management experience; at least 3 years at the Facility Manager level.
• Experience with leasing, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation and building management.
• Experience with human resources and performance management processes.
• Experience with critical system environments; CMMS/Work Order Management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of facilities and services (custodial, life-safety, engineering, maintenance).
• Manage service contracts, ensure pricing alignment, conduct audits and control systems.
• Lead facility management team for maintenance programs and interior/exterior condition of facilities.
• Ensure timely response to client and tenant requests and ongoing contract review to meet needs.
