Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead operations at a designated location. You will manage vendor relations, budgets, and staff while ensuring safety, compliance, and high service levels for tenant spaces.

The role requires 5–7 years in commercial property management, strong leadership, and financial stewardship. Collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams is essential for successful facility operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Mgmt, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration required.
• 5–7 years of commercial facilities management experience preferred.
• Experience with CMMS and property management tools such as Yardi is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the facility/campus in alignment with policies and client directives.
• Manage contracts, ensure regular review and bid processes, verify invoices against pricing.
• Supervise maintenance programs for interior and exterior properties.
• Respond to tenant requests and coordinate ongoing contract programs.
• Prepare budgets, financial reports, contracts, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and five-year maintenance plan.
• Hire, train, and evaluate facility personnel; ensure staff relations.
• Ensure contracts and insurance compliance.
