Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the facilities organization at a campus/location. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate budgets, contracts, and vendor activities to ensure well-maintained properties.

Responsibilities include reporting on budgets and forecasts, managing capital projects, and ensuring safety and compliance across sites. A strong background in facilities management and stakeholder coordination is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of commercial high-rise, campus environment, and/or property portfolio management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility or campus, including custodial, life-safety, engineering, site services, and general maintenance.
• Manage contracts, ensuring invoices align with pricing and regular bidding as required.
• Supervise maintenance programs for interior and exterior properties and respond to tenant requests promptly.
