Qualifications

• 8-10 years of facility management experience with at least 3 years as Facility Manager.
• Experience in leasing, construction, engineering and property operation.
• Human resource and performance management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of facilities ensuring all needs are met.
• Manage service contracts and oversee their performance.
• Lead facility management team and maintain positive client relations.
• Prepare and explain annual facility budget and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual commitments and reviews.
