Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Facilities Manager to oversee multiple facilities, a campus, or client portfolio with direct reports.

You will lead policy and program implementation, tenant relations, safety and quality initiatives, and coordinate services, vendors, and financials for current and future building operations. The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional coordination, and delivering on KPI-driven outcomes across retail and restaurant environments, ensuring brand standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management or Business Administration required.
• Minimum 10 years facility management experience with 3 years at Sr. level; restaurant/retail experience preferred.
• Strong financial management, budgeting and forecasting skills; ability to read contracts and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations for multiple locations, including restaurant/retail environments.
• Manage service contracts, vendor payments, and contract pricing; implement audit controls.
• Lead regional oversight of retail restaurant locations; maintain interior/exterior condition and brand standards.
• Ensure timely responses to client and occupant requests; drive customer focus.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and capital plans.
• Coordinate data collection, analytics, and reporting of KPIs and work orders.
• Travel on-site to client locations (50%+), within a 2-3 hour radius of Columbus, OH.
