Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Facility Manager to lead the facilities organization at a campus or multi-building site. You will manage daily operations, budgets, contracts, and vendor coordination to deliver safe, well-maintained spaces aligned with client goals.

The role requires 5–7 years of similar experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong leadership, financial, and communication skills. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of commercial high-rise, campus environment, and/or property portfolio management experience.
• Experience in leasing, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation and building management preferred.
• Experience with critical system environments desired.
• Experience in the development and implementation of programs to drive out cost inefficiencies preferred.
• CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operations of the facility(ies) or campus are implemented per policy and client directives.
• Manage contracts, review invoices against pricing, and bid as required.
• Supervise maintenance programs for interior and exterior properties.
• Respond promptly to tenant requests and coordinate vendor activities.
• Oversee contract programs to meet tenant and client needs within SLA.
• Maintain site documentation and reports (e.g., budgets, POs, logs, drawings).
• Prepare budgets, financial reports, and purchase orders for facilities.
• Coordinate annual budgets, quarterly reforecasts, and business plans.
• Assist in capital budgets and five-year maintenance plans.
• Hire, train, and motivate facility personnel; maintain staff relations and evaluations.
