Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the facilities organization across a campus environment. You will manage day-to-day operations, oversee contracts and budgets, and ensure safety and quality programs align with client goals.

The role requires several years of portfolio management experience, strong leadership, and expertise in CMMS/Work Order systems, with a focus on tenant satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration required.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of commercial high-rise, campus environment, and/or property portfolio management experience required.
• CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred.
• Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or IFMA/BOMA certifications recommended.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations including custodial, life-safety, engineering, site services and general maintenance.
• Manage contracts, review invoices against pricing, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Supervise maintenance programs for interior/exterior conditions and property appearance.
• Coordinate budgets, financial reports, and purchase orders for facilities.
• Lead and develop facility personnel, conducting performance evaluations.
