Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in New York, NY seeks a Director of Integrated Facilities Management to lead workplace services, operations and asset planning across a growing portfolio. You will oversee engineering, site services, energy management and safety programs, drive cost control, and ensure exceptional client service while aligning with contract obligations.

The role requires mentoring staff, managing budgets and capital plans, and driving continuous improvement, risk management and service-level

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, CRE, PM, or Business Admin.
• Master’s degree in related field preferred.
• 10+ years in commercial facilities/portfolio management.
• 6+ years at Facility Manager level; 12+ years in portfolio/asset mgmt.
• Experience with CMMS/Work Order management.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of C&W services across facilities, ensuring client standards.
• Develop and monitor budgets, cost control and capital planning.
• Ensure SLA/KPI adherence and reporting accuracy.
• Recruit, mentor staff and manage vendor relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement and risk management.
