Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facility Manager to lead the facilities organization at a multi-building campus. You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate tenants' needs, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards while aligning with client goals.

You will prepare budgets, oversee contracts and vendor management, and lead a team to deliver reliable maintenance, cost control, and high-quality workplace services across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration required
• Minimum of 5-7 years of commercial high-rise, campus environment, and/or property portfolio management experience required
• Experience with critical system environments desired
• CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations including custodial, life-safety, engineering, site services, and maintenance.
• Manage contracts and ensure timely approvals and accurate invoices.
• Supervise maintenance programs for interior/exterior conditions.
• Prepare budgets, financial reports, and purchase orders.
