Cushman & Wakefield is looking for a Regional Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a portfolio of client facilities, campus or multiple properties in the United States. You will lead the facilities team, manage budgets and contracts, and coordinate with vendors to deliver high-quality services aligned with client goals.

You will drive financial performance, KPI reporting, and capital budgeting, while ensuring safety, quality, and tenant satisfaction across the portfolio.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 8-10 years of facility management experience with at least 3 years at manager level.
• Experience with leasing, construction, engineering and operations.
• CFM/IFMA/BOMA certifications or related training preferred.
• Proficient in building management systems and MS Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of facilities, campuses or portfolios.
• Lead facility management staff and coordinate budgets, contracts and vendors.
• Develop budgets, forecasts and five-year plans for facilities.
• Review work orders, drive continuous improvements and ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure staff compliance with safety, insurance and contractual requirements.
