Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in the United States is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of multiple facilities, campuses, or client portfolios. You will lead a team, coordinate environmental health and safety, and ensure services meet contractual and ownership directives.

This role requires strong financial acumen, vendor management, and KPI oversight, with responsibility for budgets, capital planning, and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management or Business Administration.
• 8–10 years of facility management experience, with at least 3 years at the level of Senior Manager.
• Experience with leasing, construction, engineering and operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of facilities, campus, or portfolio ensuring services are delivered per policy.
• Manage service contracts, conduct performance reviews, and ensure contract pricing alignment.
• Lead the facility management team for interior/exterior maintenance and lifecycle improvements.
• Provide prompt responses to client and tenant requests; maintain strong relationships.
• Prepare and deliver consolidated budgets and monthly/quarterly financial reports.
• Develop capital budgets and a five-year maintenance plan; track KPIs and cost savings.
