Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a small to medium-sized team delivering client commitments within Operations Management. The role focuses on coordinating staff and ensuring delivery against contractual obligations, while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

You will supervise staff performance, coach team members, and work with sales to define project needs, risks, and resource plans. A degree and relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, measuring and rewarding performance is preferred.
• Ability to convey performance expectations and handle problems with stakeholders.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; monitor training and development.
• Coordinate and manage team daily activities; set schedules and deadlines.
• Consult with sales to define project requirements and identify risks.
• Coordinate resources to service projects and build operational plans.
• Manage sales and relationships with small to medium-sized clients; identify new opportunities.
• Monitor service levels and present findings to senior management.
• Prioritize issues; liaise with internal and client teams for delivery.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
