Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years of relevant experience in facilities/operations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of experience may be considered.
• Valid driver's license; certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Schedule and manage daily team activities and deadlines.
• Coordinate repairs/maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and address facility issues.
• Manage capital projects, budgets, and variance reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Oversee vendor relationships and procurement processes.
• Provide training on maintenance, safety, and procedures.
