Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Account Management Manager in Dallas to oversee a small to medium-size team delivering client commitments. This role sits within Operations Management and coordinates staff functions to support organizational goals and strategies.

You will supervise and coach staff, manage daily activities and schedules, collaborate with sales to define project requirements, and ensure delivery aligns with contracts while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, performance measurement, and retention preferred.
• Ability to convey performance expectations and handle problems with sensitivity and clarity.
• Proven leadership skills to drive team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage the team’s daily activities, set schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Define project requirements with sales, assess approaches, identify risks, and implement action plans.
• Coordinate resources to service projects and build strategic operational plans.
• Manage sales relationships with small to mid-size clients and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor service levels and present findings to senior management.
• Prioritize issues and liaise with internal and client cross-functional teams; be the contact for key systems and processes.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values; align actions with shared goals.
• Ensure scope and delivery meet contractual obligations throughout the project.
