Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee a team responsible for building operations and maintenance across a portfolio of small to medium buildings. The role sits within the Facilities Management function and supports Property Managers with repairs and investment plans.

The role entails supervising staff, coordinating daily activities, managing capital projects and budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Facility Management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor training and development, evaluate performance, and oversee hiring.
• Schedule and manage team activities; set schedules and deadlines; cross-train staff.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections and identify efficiencies, repairs, and upgrades.
