Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead a team responsible for overseeing building operations and maintenance across a small to medium portfolio.

You will supervise staff, schedule daily activities, coordinate repairs with technicians and vendors, manage capital projects and operating budgets, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of experience considered.
• 3–5 years of relevant facilities management experience.
• Facility management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and conduct performance evaluations.
• Schedule and manage the team's daily activities and deadlines.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections and identify operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrades.
• Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
• Oversee vendor relationships and review price quotes for parts, services, and labor.
• Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices.
