Qualifications

• 3+ years leading generative and evaluative UX research with qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Ability to lead research across technically complex, cross-product or platform-scale spaces.
• Proven track record translating research into product strategy and measurable improvements.
• Ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear recommendations and leadership-ready narratives.
• Thrives in ambiguity and rapid change with an iterative mindset.
• Strong stakeholder communication from executives to cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic UX research across product areas and align with product strategy.
• Apply the appropriate research method for different design stages including ethnography and live experiments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to clarify problems and set strategic direction.
• Document and evaluate human + AI workflows, considering operational, legal, and risk implications.
• Connect research to success metrics and translate insights into actionable decisions.
• Build and improve scalable research systems for efficiency.
• Mentor junior researchers and foster knowledge sharing.
• Monitor industry trends in UX research and AI product development.
