Qualifications

• 3+ years in a user experience design role focused on improving digital product experiences.
• Proven ability to create visually appealing and functional designs using standard tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe).
• Experience designing across web, mobile, and other digital channels.
• Interpreting complex data into actionable insights for decision-making.
• Proven use of generative AI assistants and LLM-powered tools in design processes.
• Proficient understanding of inclusive design, accessibility guidelines, and assistive tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of user experiences for features and end-to-end journeys.
• Own response mapping for feature areas across conversational and UI interactions.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for scalable self-service experiences.
• Uphold high craft with motion and transitions from design to ship.
• Iterate based on feedback, research insights, and usability testing.
• Collaborate with engineering throughout the build from specs to prototyping.
