You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align user needs with business goals, crafting inclusive and accessible solutions for a diverse set of customers.

In this role, you will drive design decisions for agentic and conversational experiences, translate complex data into insights, and partner with engineering

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a UX design or equivalent role focused on dialogue between customers and technology.
• Proficient with industry tools such as Figma.
• Experience designing across mobile, agentic, and conversational experiences.
• Ability to transform complex data into actionable insights for informed decision-making.
• Understanding of inclusive design principles and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop agentic and conversational solutions with consistent UX across products.
• Create storyboards and designs to enable interactions with financial services.
• Conduct data-driven analyses to inform design decisions.
• Create experience maps and multimodal prototypes of customer journeys.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align customer-centric decision-making with business goals.
• Prototype and validate agentic experiences with engineering and AI platforms.
• Design for trust, control, and progressive autonomy in agentic systems.
• Translate agentic platforms into scalable experience patterns.
• Champion experience-led decision making in fast-moving environments.
