JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Experience Design Associate to shape agentic AI-enabled employee experiences. You will design adaptive, self-service journeys and help evolve a scalable design system, collaborating with product, engineering, and research from concept through build.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, strong craft, and the ability to lead design decisions in ambiguous problems while delivering intuitive, accessible experiences for a large workforce.

Competenze

• 3+ years in a user experience design role focused on digital products and services.
• Proven ability to create visually appealing and functional designs using industry-standard tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe CS).
• Experience designing and optimizing UX across web and mobile platforms.
• Ability to translate data into actionable design decisions.
• Experience with generative AI assistants and LLM-powered design tools.
• Strong understanding of accessible and inclusive design practices.

• Lead the design and delivery of user experiences for features and end-to-end journeys.
• Define system behavior across inputs, edge cases, and handoffs between conversational and UI interactions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for scalable self-service experiences.
