Job summary

You will partner with product, engineering, and research to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions from concept through build, and contribute to an evolving adaptive design system. Independent design leadership is expected, with a focus on accessibility and data-informed decisions across web and mobile platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a UX design role focused on digital products.
• Experience using Figma, Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Designing across web, mobile, and other digital channels.
• Translating data into actionable design insights.
• Experience using generative AI assistants and LLM tools in design.
• Inclusive design, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of user experiences for features and end-to-end journeys.
• Own response mapping for feature areas and system behavior.
• Design flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Set and uphold a high bar for interaction and visual craft from design to ship.
• Iterative design with feedback, research insights, and usability testing.
• Collaborate with engineering from shared specs to code or prototyping tools.
• Contribute to the agentic design system with reusable components and interaction models.
• Incorporate accessibility and inclusive design across all work.
• Use data and user feedback to refine design outcomes.
• Present design decisions to team members and senior stakeholders.
