Qualifications

• 3+ years in a user experience design role focused on digital products and services.
• Proficient with industry-standard tools (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience designing across web, mobile, and other digital channels.
• Ability to translate data into actionable design decisions.
• Proficient in inclusive design, accessibility guidelines, and assistive tech.
• Experience taking concepts from idea through user flows, wireframes, prototypes to final designs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop elegant solutions for interaction problems across multiple products and platforms, ensuring consistency.
• Apply information architecture and storyboarding to create user-centric designs that improve navigation and findability.
• Conduct data-driven analyses to inform design decisions and extract insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, research, content, marketing, analytics, and technology teams to ensure inclusive design and accessibility.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and market trends to improve the customer experience.
• Design end-to-end offer journeys helping customers understand eligibility and benefits.
• Produce journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for implementation.
• Contribute reusable patterns to the design system and document guidance for cross-product consistency.
