Chase seeks an Experience Design Senior Associate within Consumer Bank Offer Experiences to shape user-centered digital experiences across the end-to-end offer journey.

You will collaborate with product, research, analytics, content, marketing, and technology teams to deliver inclusive, accessible solutions and translate insights into design decisions, driving measurable improvements in customer journeys.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a user experience design or equivalent role dedicated to improving experiences with digital products and services
• Proven ability to create visually appealing and functional designs using industry-standard tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Experience designing across web, mobile, and other digital channels
• Experience interpreting complex data into actionable insights for decision-making
• Understanding of inclusive design, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies
• Experience taking design concepts from ideas through tests, wireframes, prototypes to final designs
• Experience prototyping and testing ideas to learn what works for customers
• Ability to collaborate with product, research, content, marketing, analytics, and technology teams
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to explain design decisions

Responsabilités

• Design and develop elegant solutions to interaction problems across products and platforms while following best practices
• Use information architecture and storyboarding to create user-centric designs that improve navigation and findability
• Conduct data-driven analyses to inform design decisions and translate data into insights
• Collaborate with teams to apply inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines
• Iterate designs with user feedback to continuously improve the experience
• Analyze market trends and user research to inform design strategy
• Create end-to-end offer journeys showing how users discover offers, check eligibility, and earn benefits
• Produce customer journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for implementation
• Contribute reusable patterns to the design system and document guidance for cross-product consistency
