Eaton is seeking a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant to own the end-to-end executive recruitment process, including research, interviewing, and offer management for top leadership roles across the enterprise.

Remote within the US or based at Eaton's Beachwood, OH location. Report to the Global ETA Director and partner with business leaders to deliver best-in-class recruitment experiences while building a strong leadership pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of executive recruitment experience, including SVP/C-suite placements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end executive recruitment for SVP and C-suite roles.
• Lead kick-off calls, define strategy, and align on position success profiles.
• Oversee research to identify qualified candidates and build an executive talent pipeline.
• Source, engage, and evaluate senior leaders for readiness and leadership competencies.
• Guide hiring teams through the interview process and manage offers with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Executive Compensation to structure complex offer packages.
• Develop and sustain a robust network of internal and external relationships.
