Eaton’s Corporate division is seeking a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant to own the end-to-end executive recruitment process. This role can be based at Eaton's Beachwood, OH location or remotely within the US, reporting to the Global ETA Director.

You will lead research to identify talent, conduct interviews, and drive offers while advising hiring teams on market trends and compensation packages; expect 10–15 executive level searches and a robust talent network.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of executive recruitment experience and/or relevant experience; including recruitment of SVP and C Suite level positions.

Aufgaben

• Own and drive the end-to-end executive recruitment process.
• Lead search intake calls, scope position success profiles, and lead research to identify talent.
• Conduct candidate interviews and manage interview process through to offer acceptance.
• Partner with the Global ETA Director and executives to deliver best-in-class executive recruiting and hiring experience.
• Manage 10–15 executive level reqs; coordinate kickoff calls and align on strategy with hiring teams.
• Oversee research initiatives to build robust executive pipelines and provide market insights.
• Source, engage, evaluate, and present leadership candidates based on qualifications and readiness for scale.
• Guide hiring teams through the interview process and coordinate scheduling and feedback; inform on market challenges and gaps.
• Collaborate with Executive Compensation to structure offers and manage communication; participate in leadership assessment programs.
• Build and maintain a network of internal and external relationships to drive results in a matrixed environment.
