Eaton's Corporate division is seeking a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant who can be based in Beachwood, OH or remotely within the US. You will own the end-to-end executive recruitment process, lead searches, scope success profiles, and manage interviews through offer acceptance.

Reporting to the Global ETA Director, you will partner across the enterprise to deliver a best-in-class recruiting experience for internal clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of executive recruitment experience and/or relevant experience; including recruitment of SVP and C Suite level positions
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for CPT/OPT/H-1B etc.
• Preferred: experience in executive search firms or corporate environments
• Experience recruiting across functions for industrial/manufacturing organizations

Responsabilités

• Manage 10–15 executive level requisitions and lead kickoff calls.
• Oversee market research to identify qualified candidates and build a pipeline.
• Source, engage, and evaluate executive leadership candidates.
• Guide hiring teams through the end-to-end search and interview process.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and collect feedback from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Executive Compensation on offers.
• Initiate and manage the Executive Leadership Assessment program.
• Maintain robust internal and external networks across a matrixed organization.
