Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant to own end-to-end executive recruitment. This role can be based at Eaton's Beachwood, OH location or be remote within the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of executive recruitment experience and/or relevant experience; including recruitment of SVP and C Suite level positions.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end executive recruitment processes.
• Lead searches, scope position success profiles, and identify top talent.
• Interview candidates and manage the process through offer acceptance.
• Provide market insights and counsel to hiring teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and design interview processes with hiring teams.
• Collaborate with Executive Compensation to structure complex offers.
• Manage Executive Leadership Assessment programs and build executive networks.
