Eaton's Corporate division seeks a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant to own end-to-end executive recruitment, based in Beachwood, OH or remotely within the US.

You will lead searches, build pipelines, conduct interviews, and manage offers in partnership with compensation, reporting to the Global ETA Director.

This role requires at least 10 years in executive recruiting, including SVP and C-suite placements, and a proven track record of advisory collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of executive recruitment experience, including SVP and C-suite level placements.

Responsabilités

• Manage 10–15 executive level reqs consistently and lead kickoff calls with the hiring team.
• Oversee research to identify qualified candidates and provide market insights.
• Source, engage, and evaluate executives for leadership roles.
• Guide hiring teams through the interview process and scheduling.
• Coordinate and justify interview feedback and offer negotiations with compensation.
• Lead Executive Leadership Assessment programs and build internal/external networks.
