Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant in the United States. The role may be based in Beachwood, OH or fully remote within the U.S.

You will own the end-to-end executive recruitment process, leading searches, scoping success profiles, researching talent markets and guiding interview processes from start to offer. You will collaborate with the ETA Director and Executive Compensation to craft competitive offers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of executive recruitment experience and/or relevant experience; including recruitment of SVP and C Suite level positions.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end executive recruitment process.
• Lead search calls, define position success profiles and align with hiring teams.
• Build executive talent pipelines by researching market trends and identifying qualified candidates.
• Source, engage, and evaluate senior leadership candidates for fit and readiness.
• Guide hiring teams through interview design and process orchestration; coordinate scheduling.
• Coordinate with Executive Compensation to support offer packaging and negotiation.
• Manage the Executive Leadership Assessment program and nurture internal/external relationships.
