Job summary

Eaton's Corporate division seeks a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant who can be based in Beachwood, OH or work remotely across the US. You will own end-to-end executive recruitment, leading searches, scoping profiles, and driving interviews through to offer acceptance.

Reporting to the Global ETA Director, you will partner across the enterprise to deliver best-in-class executive recruiting for internal clients and candidates. Salary ranges reflect market and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of executive recruitment experience including SVP/C-suite hiring.
• Experience leading searches and managing end-to-end executive recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage 10–15 executive level requisitions consistently.
• Oversee research to identify qualified candidates and build a robust executive pipeline.
• Source, engage, and evaluate executive leaders per search qualifications and leadership readiness.
• Guide hiring teams through the search process and align on interview strategy with stakeholders.
• Design interview processes and coordinate scheduling for end-to-end delivery.
• Collect and disseminate feedback from candidates and hiring teams.
• Collaborate with Executive Compensation to structure and communicate complex offers.
• Initiate and manage the Executive Leadership Assessment program.
• Build and maintain a network of internal and external relationships across a matrixed environment.
