Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible consulting/business-related experience.
• Must have compensation consulting experience.
• Solid technical knowledge with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage small engagements and portions of large projects within budgets and timelines.
• Oversee junior associates and ensure technical accuracy of deliverables.
• Act as a key client liaison and build relationships with clients.
• Develop tools and templates to improve productivity and quality.
• Lead client delivery team meetings to understand initiatives.
