Job summary

Aon is seeking an Executive Compensation Consultant to deliver high-quality compensation design solutions. You will lead client projects from initiation to delivery, providing guidance and support.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong quantitative skill set, be proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and have at least 3 years in compensation consulting. This role allows for remote work near any Aon office in the U.S. Aon offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of compensation consulting or related experience.
• Executive compensation experience preferred.
• Technology and/or Life Sciences industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as intermediary between Account Manager, junior staff, and client.
• Manage client projects from start to finish.
• Review and be accountable for all methodology and analysis.
• Develop summary reports with findings and recommendations.
• Assist in overseeing key areas of research.
