Responsibilities

• Serve as intermediary between account managers, junior staff, and clients.
• Lead projects with minimal direction and deliver high-quality client solutions.
• Deliver billable client work and support proposals and business development.
• Mentor junior staff and provide feedback on performance.
• Develop summary reports and present findings to clients.
