Aon plc is seeking a Senior Associate Consultant in its Rewards Solutions practice, focusing on executive compensation design and implementation. You will lead projects, mentor junior staff, and help deliver client solutions with a strong analytical approach.

The role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence a few days weekly in Chicago area, with opportunities to engage in business development and proposal work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of compensation or related experience.
• Executive compensation experience preferred.
• Technology and/or Life Sciences experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as intermediary between Partners, analysts, and client.
• Manage client projects from start to finish within timelines and budgets.
• Review methodology and analysis for each staffed project.
• Mentor junior staff and provide feedback.
• Develop summary reports with findings and recommendations.
• Co-deliver presentations to clients and assist in firm research.
