Job summary

Aon is seeking an Executive Compensation Consultant to join Rewards Solutions. You will refine compensation design, deliver high-quality client solutions, and lead projects with minimal direction.

This role focuses on billable client work while supporting sales efforts and proposal teams, with virtual location flexibility across the United States. Applicants should have a strong quantitative background, excel and PowerPoint proficiency, and ability to present to C-level and boards.

Qualifications

• 3 years of compensation consulting or related experience
• Executive compensation experience preferred
• Technology and/or Life Sciences industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as intermediary between Account Manager, junior staff resources, and client
• Manage client projects from start to finish within timelines and budget
• Review methodology and analysis outputs on staffed projects
• Provide regular guidance to junior staff
• Develop summary reports with findings and recommendations
• Interface and co-deliver client presentations
• Assist in overseeing firm research
• Assist in new business and proposal activities
• Assist in training on junior associates
