Job summary

Aon is seeking an Executive Compensation Consultant for Rewards Solutions to lead client engagements on executive compensation design, board compensation, and incentive plan design. You will deliver high-quality, billable work and mentor junior staff, while collaborating with account teams.

Candidates can be located virtually or near any Aon office in the United States; 3 years of experience preferred; strong Excel/PowerPoint and communication skills required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of compensation consulting or related experience
• Executive compensation experience preferred
• Technology and/or Life Sciences industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as intermediary between Account Manager and client
• Manage projects from start to finish with timelines and budgets
• Review methodology, analysis and output on each staffed project
• Provide guidance and developmental feedback to junior staff
• Develop summary reports including findings and recommendations
• Interface and co-deliver presentations to client
• Assist in firm research and new business activities
• Assist in training junior associates
