SullivanCotter is hiring an Executive Compensation Consultant. This full-time remote role serves AZ, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TX, and WI. The base salary ranges from $101,400 to $142,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include developing and administering executive compensation programs, market pricing, and client advisory work, while mentoring junior staff and contributing to proposals and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field required.
• 1–5 years of progressive client consulting experience.
• 3–5 years analytical experience with data analysis and modeling.
• Experience in compensation consulting preferred.
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and data presentation ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive compensation consulting services and programs.
• Act as market expert on client compensation issues.
• Conduct executive job evaluations and pricing analyses.
• Perform market pricing, peer group selection, and survey analyses.
• Translate data into actionable compensation recommendations.
• Mentor junior staff on research, data collection, and analytics.
• Engage in client meetings and establish relationships.
• Support proposal writing and project deliverables.
