SullivanCotter is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst for a remote role in AZ, US. The position offers a salary range of $77,700 to $116,500 annually and supports remote or hybrid work settings. The candidate will conduct compensation analyses, benchmark positions, and help design total compensation programs.

A Bachelor's degree in a business field and 2+ years of data analysis and financial modeling are preferred, along with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required.
• 2+ years of business-related experience with data analysis, financial modeling and presentation design.
• Solid knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compensation analyses and position benchmarking.
• Design and assist in evaluating total compensation programs.
• Research, gather and analyze data to determine appropriate compensation levels and titles.
• Conduct market pricing and survey analyses; interpret compensation data and build financial models.
• Assist with report and proposal writing describing methodologies and results.
• Support clients with solution development and implementation considerations.
• Respond to client-related requests and participate in Client Delivery Team meetings.
