Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3) to support EVMS within the Material Cost Management organization across Palmdale, CA; Oklahoma City, OK; or El Segundo, CA facilities. The role requires on-site presence with a hybrid telework option and will work with IPTs and CAMs to maintain cost/schedule baselines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; 5+ years of related experience or Master's with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience implementing EVMS in ERP/subcontract environments and ability to analyze cost/schedule data.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and ERP toolsets; familiarity with EVMS guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review EVMS for Major Subcontracts and GP to ensure alignment with baselines.
• Lead time phasing of tasks and maintain WBS alignment; document earned value methodologies.
• Prepare month-end cost/schedule reports and EACs; update EVMS with changes and perform variance analysis.
