Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Palmdale, CA, seeks a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3) to support cost management activities on challenging aerospace programs. On-site role with secret clearance; EVMS skills required.

You will work with program managers and CAMs to analyze budgeted costs, schedules, and performance variances, ensuring accurate reporting and integration across IPTs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience or Master's with 3 years.
• Active Government Secret clearance or higher
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management System)
• Experience with EVMS forecasting and government cost reporting

Responsibilities

• Interface with program managers, functional management, and CAMs to provide financial and administrative support.
• Perform EVMS tasks: WBS establishment, budget baseline, funding analysis, and variance reporting.
• Prepare government cost performance reports and ETCR/L reports as required.
• Support monthly program rhythm, baseline changes, and EVM system updates.
