Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Palmdale, CA, seeks a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (level 3) for on-site work. The role includes leading a small team, managing EVMS tasks, and interfacing with CAMs and IPTs to deliver accurate cost/schedule analysis.

Required: a Bachelor’s with 5 years (or Master’s with 3) in a related field, active Secret clearance, and proficiency in EVMS and MS Office. Relocation assistance may be available and 10% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in Business Management, Accounting, Financial Analysis, and/or industry related field OR Master's degree with 3 years of experience in Business Management, Accounting, Financial Analysis, and/or industry related field.
• Active Government Secret clearance or higher (with BI within last 6 years or Continuous Evaluation).
• Ability to obtain and maintain Program Access within a reasonable period.
• Experience in Earned Value Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform EVMS-related tasks and cost performance reporting/analysis.
• Develop and implement solutions of moderate scope and complexity.
• Analyze variances/trends and improve processes under supervision.
• Collaborate with program managers, CAMs, and IPTs on financial requirements.
