Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Layton, UT is seeking a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3) to support the Material Cost Management organization on-site. The role requires an active Secret clearance and EVMS expertise.

Essential functions include developing EACs, time phasing purchases, and leading EVMS activities with IPTs and CAMs. A strong financial analysis background and leadership skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience OR Master's with 3 years of experience in business administration, finance, accounting or related field.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance or higher (or currently in Continuous Evaluation).
• Experience using Business Systems such as SAP, and/or Cobra; EVMS experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review material EACs.
• Ensure alignment with purchase orders for Major Subs and IWOs.
• Assist CAMs for EVMS activities including: WBS alignment and time phasing; EVMS methodologies; monthly performance measurement and variance analysis.
