Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3) or Sr. Principal (Level 4) to support clients in San Diego, El Segundo, or Palmdale, CA. This on-site role focuses on EVMS, budgeting, and variance analysis for major programs.

The position requires a Secret clearance, experience with SAP or Cobra, and strong forecasting skills to manage cost and schedule baselines. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting and/or industry related field OR Master's degree with 3 years experience in Business Management, finance, accounting, and/or industry related field.
• Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance (or higher) with recent update.
• Ability to obtain Program Access within company requirements.
• Experience with Business systems (SAP, Cobra, etc.)
• Financial forecasting experience with EVMS and government cost reporting.

Responsibilities

• Establishment of Work Breakdown Structure for execution of budgeted cost of work scheduled.
• Assessment and maintenance of objective performance criteria.
• Maintenance and justifications of estimates to complete.
• Support to internal and external reporting requirements for variance analysis.
• Budget baseline, funding analysis, and cost risk analysis/visibility reports.
• Preparation of government cost performance reports and related analyses.
• Review of performance measurement variance analysis and EVMS updates.
• Develop estimates to complete and document earned value methodologies.
• Support CAMs for EVMS activities and monthly performance measurement.
