Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Analyst (Level 3) to support EVMS for Major Subcontracts and GP. This on-site/hybrid role requires a strong EVMS background, subcontract experience, and the ability to coordinate with CAMs and IPTs across multiple sites including Oklahoma City.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree with relevant experience, and must be able to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance and Program Access.

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience or Master's with 3 years in business/financial fields.
• Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of EVMS with subcontract experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience with SAP and Cobra or similar business systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review material EACs and align with POs for Major Subs and IWOs.
• Assist CAMs with EVMS activities including WBS alignment and time phasing.
• Support monthly cost and schedule reviews and variance analysis.
• Prepare budgets, schedules, and performance measurements.
• Provide EVMS support to IPTs and cost management teams.
