Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Analyst (Level 3) to support EVMS for Major Subcontracts and GP. This on-site role requires weekly presence in El Segundo, CA, with a hybrid telework schedule.

The candidate will develop and review EACs, align WBS, and perform variance analyses while coordinating with CAMs and IPTs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree with 5 years of related experience or a Master’s with 3 years.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
• Demonstrated knowledge of EVMS with subcontract experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience with business systems such as SAP, Cobra.

Responsibilities

• Support EVMS implementation for IPTs and CAMs ensuring compliance.
• Prepare month-end reports and EACs; update EVMS baselines.
• Assist CAMs with WBS alignment and time-phasing of tasks.
• Conduct variance analysis and prepare cost/schedule reviews.
• Provide data to Integrated Product Teams and cost management managers.
