Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3) to support EVMS for Major Subcontracts and GP, with hybrid on-site work at Palmdale, CA; Oklahoma City, OK; or El Segundo, CA. The role demands strong EVMS expertise, ERP experience, and collaboration with IPTs and CAMs.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of applicable experience or a Master’s with 3 years, and the ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in Business Management, Accounting, Financial Analysis, or related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret Clearance within a reasonable period.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of EVMS with ERP subcontract experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and ERP tools such as SAP or Cobra.
• Desirable: Financial forecasting and material cost management experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare month-end reports and develop/review EACs.
• Incorporate changes into the EVMS system to maintain cost and schedule baselines.
• Assist CAMs with EVMS activities including WBS alignment and time phasing.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights for cost management reviews.
• Support audits and program reviews as requested by programs, customers, and suppliers.
