Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. seeks a Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 2) in El Segundo, CA to support EVMS within the Material Cost Management organization. The role is on-site daily and involves coordinating with IPTs and CAMs, preparing EACs, and maintaining cost and schedule baselines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or finance with 2 years of related experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems such as SAP or Cobra.
• Strong EVMS knowledge and financial reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Support EVMS activities for major subcontracts and GP.
• Prepare month‑end reports and develop EACs.
• Incorporate changes into EVMS baselines and conduct variance analysis.
• Assist CAMs with WBS alignment, time‑phasing, and performance measurement.
• Support cost/schedule reviews and audits requested by programs.
