Amex GBT is seeking a Senior Event Manager to plan and deliver multiday executive programs for a dedicated Experience Studio team. You will lead planning with a producer, manage budgets over $1M, and coordinate hotels, venues, transportation, and on-site logistics for audiences of 500+.

The role requires seven+ years of corporate event planning, strong vendor management, and proficiency with Cvent and enterprise tools. A CMP certification is preferred, with a national base US salary range.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years planning corporate meetings, events, and incentives.
• Budget management of programs above $1 million with accurate forecasts and reconciliations.
• Experience leading multiday executive programs with large audiences (500+).

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver complex programs from kickoff through onsite execution.
• Lead planning with the producer and manage time/cost implications of requests.
• Build and manage program budgets from initial estimate to final reconciliation.
