Job summary

Amex GBT is seeking an Event Manager to plan and deliver end-to-end programs for a dedicated Experience Studio client. You will oversee budgets, suppliers, and onsite logistics, in collaboration with a producer who guides strategy and content. Strong Cvent and vendor management skills are essential.

You will lead multiple programs annually, ensuring timely close and thorough debriefs, while maintaining precise planning docs and client communications. A CMP or progress toward it is preferred.

Qualifications

• Four or more years planning corporate meetings and events.
• Onsite lead on ten or more programs per year.
• Experience managing program budgets up to $500,000 with forecasts and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver end-to-end programs with the producer, from kickoff to onsite execution.
• Keep program plans current in client tools with tasks, owners and dates.
• Manage suppliers and budgets, and coordinate attendee communications.
